With car insurance from ČPP, you get assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It will help you in case of a breakdown or accident in the Czech Republic or abroad. You can further extend the limits and scope of the services provided by taking out additional insurance.

SPORO assistance is included in the basic SPOROPOV compulsory liability insurance.

When arranging a SPECIAL or SUPERPOV compulsory liability insurance, you will receive STANDARD assistance, which also includes higher limits for services such as vehicle recovery, arrival of assistance, on-site vehicle repair or towing to the nearest repair shop or home and, if applicable, transport to nearby accommodation. If you take out breakdown insurance, you also get STANDARD assistance, and all the assistance limits obtained from the car insurance are added together!

 

• We will arrange for the repair or towing of the vehicle in the event of a breakdown or accident
• We replace the wheel in case of a puncture
• In case of lost keys or fuel substitution, we will tow you to a service center
• We will also tow you to the service center if your vehicle is damaged by falling snow or ice from the roof of your house
• We can provide interpreting services for ordering accommodation, dealing with the authorities, etc.
